Processing and Delivery 

All Preorders are processed within 2–3 weeks.

All standard (in-stock) orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

We offer local delivery in Chicago only, with deliveries made on Tuesdays and Fridays between 5pm–8pm.

For customers outside of Chicago, orders are shipped via standard shipping (3–5 business days).

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

You will be contacted to schedule your delivery once your order is processed
